The FYD51791 Overrunning Alternator Pulley (OAP) is designed as a replacement for GM OE numbers 24107453 and 26693493. This alternator pulley is cross-referenced with the VALEO FGN12SXXX alternator series. The overrunning clutch mechanism allows the alternator rotor to rotate independently during engine deceleration, helping reduce belt vibration and improve the performance of the accessory belt drive system.
